There is a Photo of Jason Behr, who play Max Evans on the WB/UPN Roswell. Under the photo it say: Alienated- Marv Dauer's relationship with client Jason Behr ( ex-Max, ROSWELL ), ended with a lawsuit.

...Dauer speaks from experience -- he was sued by former client, ROSWELL's Jason Behr ( ex-Max ), who claimed that his manager of nine years broke the law by getting him an audition. Dauer eventually won at the Superior Court level.
