Voting began today (Friday, June 8th) for the Teen Choice Awards on the Seventeen website and they will be on TV Monday, August 20th at 8pm on the Fox network.

Last year Jason, Shiri, Katie, Majandra and Brendan presented an award together but Brendan was the only nomination from Roswell. Roswell is up for 4 awards this year.

We need to get out the vote! This will be a great way to get Roswell some media attention, especially right before Season 3 starts.

The 2001 Teen Choice Awards: Official Online Ballot Rules

1. You can vote for 39 categories in The 2001 Teen Choice Awards using this ballot. Alternatively, you can vote for 24 categories using the printed ballot that appears in the July 2001 and August 2001 issues of seventeen.

2. To vote, make one choice per category. Duplicated and faxed ballots will not be accepted if you vote using the printed ballot.

3. You must be between the ages of 13 and 19 as of June 8, 2001 to vote. (Do the math!)

4. Only one ballot per person. To be counted, you must fill out your name, mailing address, phone number, gender, email address and date of birth. (Get family and friends to vote or vote for them.)

5. Winners will be chosen from among the top four vote getters in each category by a committee of seventeen and FOX representatives. (We have to make an impression and hopefully some of the committee will be Roswell fans. Roswell is owned by Fox!)
