Before they can interrogate the suspect, however, a tough internal-affairs officer (Rene Russo) tells them that she's taking over the case. And before she can interrogate the suspect, he's killed---by Jack Travis (Stuart Wilson), a gun-running ex-cop, who escapes. Soon Riggs and Murtaugh are back in business, thanks to Leo Getz (Joe Pesci), the mob accountant from “Lethal Weapon 2,” who's now selling real estate.
