Thanks to Michelle for this :)

Our local lifestyle paper in Singapore, the Sunday Plus, ran an article about 'stars who steam up the small screen and look good enough to eat'. It's called 'Prime beef and cheesecakes', and some TV actors/actresses whom Sunday Plus thinks 'will eventually, inevitably, be sizzling up movie screens'. Brendan, Shiri and Jason were mentioned. Here's their little snippets:

Brendan Fehr (Michael Guerin in Roswell)

Hailing from New Westminister, Canada, this yummy morsel currently plays one of Roswell's main characters, Michael Guerin, an alien who looks like a normal teenager with perhaps a bit more teen angst than most. He has also appeared in shows such as Millenium, Night Man, The New Addams Family and Breaker High.

Droolworthiness: His scruffy hair, perpetual expression of indifference and all-round bad-boy appeal. Like chocolate, you know he's bad for you, but you're addicted anyway.

Shelf-life: Maybe a main course. He has adorned several movies like Final Destination and Disturbing Behavior and is slated to appear as one of the leads in the teen vampire flick, The Forsaken, later this year. That could prove if he has waht it takes to make it big.

Jason Behr (Max Evans in Roswell)

This Minneapolis native is no stranger to acting. From the age of five, he has made numerous theatre appearances, and when he moved to Los Angeles, he upped the yum factor of many TV shows, such as Dawson's Creek, Buffy The Vampire Slayer, 7th Heaven and JAG. At The moment, he is sizzling the small screen with his portrayal of Max Evans on Roswell.

Droolworthiness: His souldful intensity and his concrete-hard jawline which just screams 'I'm A Sensitive New Age Guy, And Cute To Boot.'

Shelf-Life: A tad stale. his last movie roles were in 1998 and 1999, in Rites Of Passage and as a lackey in Pleasantville. He may be better off sticking to TV.

Shiri Appleby (Liz Parker in Roswell)

When not pulling Max Evan's heartstrings in Roswell, this English major at the University of Southern California makes her presence on TV felt with stints in other shows such as ER, Xena: Warrior Princess and Baywatch.

Droolworthiness: Her demure, schoolgirl sweetness is wholesome and as toothsome as Grandma's muffins.

Shelf-life: Untried and untasted. A bit part in The Other Sister, starring Juliette Lewis, and a role in horror movie The Thirteenth Floor have not tested her fully yet.

The pics in the articles are awesome. =)
