LOS ANGELES (Zap2it.com) - "Roswell" fans have been touched by an alien -– namely, Shiri Appleby.
A group of "Applesaucers" (as followers of the actress call themselves) took out a full-page ad in Friday’s Variety, reading "Thank-you SHIRI APPLEBY for touching our hearts. You make Roswell MAGIC!"
Fans of the WB’s sci fi/romantic drama are notoriously rabid: Last year they bombarded the network with bottles of Tabasco sauce –- a favorite alien food -– when rumors of "Roswell’s" cancellation began circulating.
