I was watching the NBC Soap Opera "passions", and one of Dido's song was playing! The main lead, Chad, bought a girl up to an empty bedroom at a party, there he "put on 'the right dancing music" (quote), he put on Dido's album and they shared a very romantic dance....so cute!

This may be way off topic but I thought I'd tell you that the soap "Passions"
played a Dido song today(1-23-00). It was "Take my Hand" and was played in
the scene where Chad takes Whitney to Ethan's room so they can have their own
personal dance. It was really sweet and fit the scene quite well. Just
thought I'd let ya know!!

I just thought you might like to know that Dido's
album 'No Angel' is currently number one in HMV's top
10 albums in the UK.
Also her single 'here with me' was number 18 on MTV's
hitlist uk, and the single was named number 6 in
'Heats' most played pre-released single.

if you don't already know there is a magaine i think
called new music. it has an article on dido with a
full page pic and 1/4 page pic. also included in the
magazine is a cd with a lot of songs from different
artists. it has a NEW dido song not on NO ANGEL its
called WORTHLESS.its a really good song. just thought
id let you know
