Richard Schiff won the 2000 Emmy for Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for his performance as White House Communications Director, Toby Ziegler on NBC's West Wing.
Schiff had a recurring part on Roswell playing Agent Stevens, the FBI agent in charge of the investigation of the diner shooting, and Agent Topolsky's boss.
