Dido Information and Appearance
August 16, 2000Posted by Manders
Thanks to everyone who let me know that Dido will be on Monday, August 21 on The Late Show With David Letterman. She'll be on along with Wesley Snipes and the latest Survivor castaway.

Also thanks to BlueJ615 for this.

From the June 1999 Seventeen issue with Selma Blair on the cover

Ratings went from Red (stellar) to Purple (save your money). No Angel got
Orange (solid).

Dido No Angel (Arista)
British soul music is a hybrid of American R&B that's produced outstanding
musicians like Lisa Stansfield and Seal. Add Dido to that list. Her debut CD,
No Angel, blends the folk sound of the acoustic guitar with soulful, mellow
beats that say to the listener: Slow and steady wins the race. "Honestly OK,"
"Thank You" and "Hunter" stand out as the CD's three best tracks thanks to
the pure, wispy tone of Dido's voice. If making good music is a sin, Dido was
smart to title her CD No Angel.
