Roswell, 9 p.m., WBZL-WB 39. Although this show is about teenage aliens and it's on a network that's geared to young audiences, it's a drama with broad appeal. Young cast members Shiri Appleby (Liz Parker), Jason Behr (Max Evans) and ex-Miami Beach resident Majandra Delfino (Maria DeLuca) are fabulous.
